HIRING
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop Test Strategies by defining the test objective, test environment, test approach, automation
tools and strategy, contingency plan, risk analysis to meet the desired business requirements - Design, develop, and maintain the test and build pipelines to reach the defined quality threshold
- Documentation of the test strategies and pipelines in the company documentation system to meet the
technical requirements
Other Functions and Responsibilities
- Deliver the software with the defined level of quality
- Develop and maintain the build pipelines in common with the development team
Professional Qualifications
Primary
- Graduate of Computer Science or any IT-related courses
- Must have at least 3 years of relative experience
Secondary
- Extensive knowledge of test frameworks and automation tools
- Good knowledge of Web standards (HTTP, Rest, HTML5), and databases (MS Server)
- Good knowledge of version control systems (Git and GitLab)
- Knowledge of Azure and Docker
The duties and responsibilities of the Purchasing Assistant include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for timely purchase and delivery of requested items in compliance with Company procedures.
- Preparation and submission of quotations as required by Clients and produce evaluations of submitted tenders.
- Placing of orders and ensuring goods/services are delivered on time and correct based on the submitted Purchase Request.
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers as appropriate.
- Monitoring price and delivery information to ensure client satisfaction
- Identify negotiating contracts for the supply of products and services for the clients where appropriate.
- Maintaining records of acceptable suppliers, amend and notate as necessary to highlight the standard of service and quality of goods provided by the supplier.
- Ensuring proper accounting by liaising closely with Finance Department.
- Timely and consistent submission of reports/or Order Status
- Liaise with all other company heads of departments to ensure a mutual exchange of ideas and information is maintained within the company.
- Responsible to negotiate for the renewal of services by external vendors or providers
- Responsible for sourcing new supplier.
- Conducts Purchasing-related matters for the onboarding on new employee/s.
- Provide support with the audit requirements of clients that are related to Purchasing.
- Responsible for the disposal of company asset/s in coordination with Finance Department.
- Direct reporting to Software Developer (Laserfiche) for any trouble encounter and enhancement of the process
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science graduate of any four-year business course
- At least 1 year experience in purchasing
- Basic Knowledge in Accounting.
- Computer literate with some background on Purchasing system..
- Quality Systems oriented.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Invoicing and Accounting
- Responsible in the processing /uploading of invoices
- Perform payments to suppliers, agents and creditors in a prescribed manner
- Approval and postings of invoices /manning agency billings in the accounting software
- Perform reconciliations of Creditors balances and other relating tasks of similar type
- Manning Agencies Statements – process, checks, upload and post in the accounting software
- Sort queries received from internal / external client
- Travel Invoices – ensure that issued invoices and flight bookings have the same details
- Validate crew details in the crewing database
Cash to Master Arrangement
- Facilitate the arrangement of Cash to Master
- Ensure that delivery of Cash to Master to the vessel has been completed
- Prepares / Update CTM checklist
- Monitor messages related to CTM
Internal Control and Monitoring
- Support in the monitoring and observing of department policies, procedures, processes, and controls within accounting standard and practice.
- Monitor reconciling items and necessary actions are properly carried out.
Audit
- Assist in the preparation and collation of audit requirements
- Assist in ensuring smooth conduct of audit process to meet prescribed deadline
Meetings
- Attendance at the departmental meetings
- Actively participate in the company – initiated trainings, seminars for the continuous enhancement of the individual
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (preferred), Business Administration, or any related course
- With knowledge /familiarity in accounting software
- At least 1-3 years’ experience in accounts payable or accounting role

The Commercial Building Manager is in-charge of the commercial aspects of Döhle Haus Manila, both dormitory operations and occupancy of office spaces, tenant management, administration of housekeeping and security activities.
- Ensure full occupancy of the building or available spaces are rented out
- Prepare and ensure effective roll-out of marketing campaigns for the building
- In-charge of tenant management. Liaise with various tenants to ensure that Döhle service standards are delivered.
- Performs market research and analysis on building/property-related matters
- Operations of the dormitory at Döhle Haus Manila
- Cost and budget management related to building operations
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, or any other related field
