As a Business Analyst at DSPC, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving efficiency and innovation within our projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements with clarity and precision.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
  • Model business processes using BPMN and other industry-standard techniques.
  • Support project teams in translating requirements into actionable, value-driven solutions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst (several years preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in requirements engineering and process modelling.
  • Fluency in English (minimum C1 level).
  • Assertive and confident in facilitating discussions and driving decisions.
  • Willingness to travel to support cross-location project initiatives.
Qualifications (Preferred):
  • Educational background in IT or Business Administration.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience in the maritime industry is a strong advantage.

As a German Language Instructor, you play a pivotal role in making this a success by creating a fun and engaging learning environment for all Filipino shortlisted candidates who will be working in Germany for our Partner Client/s.

 

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Develop and deliver German language courses for learners at various level (beginner, intermediate, advanced) that adhere to the curriculum standards or a specific learning framework such as Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
  • Integrate German culture into the lessons, such as festivals, traditions and social etiquette.
  • Conduct classes that focus on improving students’ reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills
  • Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including interactive activities, discussions, and multimedia resources.
  • Prepare and administer quizzes, tests, and other assessments to evaluate shortlisted candidates’ progress
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular feedback on their performance
  • May be required to teach online or in-person classes depending on the planned structure and schedule
  • Liaises with partner client/s and third-party language training centers

 

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in German Language, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred)
  • TEFL or TESOL certification (preferred)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to create a positive and motivating learning environment

The Commercial Building Manager is in-charge of the commercial aspects of Döhle Haus Manila, both dormitory operations and occupancy of office spaces, tenant management, administration of housekeeping and security activities.

 

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Ensure full occupancy of the building or available spaces are rented out
  • Prepare and ensure effective roll-out of marketing campaigns for the building
  • In-charge of tenant management. Liaise with various tenants to ensure that Döhle service standards are delivered.
  • Performs market research and analysis on building/property-related matters
  • Operations of the dormitory at Döhle Haus Manila
  • Cost and budget management related to building operations

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, or any other related field
  • Five (5) or more years of experience in commercial building management
