- Documenting current processes, including workflows

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Develop and deliver German language courses for learners at various level (beginner, intermediate, advanced) that adhere to the curriculum standards or a specific learning framework such as Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
- Integrate German culture into the lessons, such as festivals, traditions and social etiquette.
- Conduct classes that focus on improving students’ reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including interactive activities, discussions, and multimedia resources.
- Prepare and administer quizzes, tests, and other assessments to evaluate shortlisted candidates’ progress
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular feedback on their performance
- May be required to teach online or in-person classes depending on the planned structure and schedule

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in German Language, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred)

The role of Client Acquisition Specialist is to help generate leads for potential new employer clients that will source overseas Filipino workers for our partner land-based recruitment agency.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Client Acquisition
- To generate leads and identify decision makers within targeted employer leads and initiate the negotiation process.
- To penetrate all targeted accounts and originate sales opportunities for the company’s recruitment services.
- To set up and deliver sales presentations on daily basis.
- To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure.
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plan.
- Understand the various requirements of the target client.
Regulatory compliance
- Complies with regulations of POLO/MWO and POEA/DMW regulations in terms of the requirements of Principal or Employer’s accreditation.
- Liaises regularly with POLO/MWO and POEA/DMW authorities and develop a close working relationship with them including other related agencies
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree
